Daniela is able to provide assistance on international taxation issues involving the residence of individuals, tax returns of clients with assets abroad, compliance assistance for taxpayers with particularly complex financial investments, and taxpayers adhering to preferential tax regimes (e.g. 24 bis TUIR). At the same time, Daniela specialises in ongoing business assistance, start-up settlement and ESG issues.

Simone Zanetti, a civil lawyer based in Verona, is a founding partner of Spectrum after a decade of experience in an international tax law firm. Francesco joined Spectrum as a founding partner to make his experience gained in over a decade of practice available to clients. He mainly deals with consultancy to companies and individuals, with particular experience in the drafting of company valuations and business plans. He has gained significant experience in assisting start-ups from the point of view of setting up the business initiative with reference to accounting, tax and administrative aspects.
